Miranda is qualified to produce IVF embryos for Canada, USA, Brazil, EU, and Australia.  Buyer of this IVF lot is purchasing the rights to control the next IVF session(s) until a minimum of 6 #1 or #2 IVF embryos are produced.  Embryo grades are determined at the time of transfer if fresh embryos, or at time of freezing if freezing is requested by the buyer.  Buyer keeps ALL resulting embryos from this IVF session.  Buyer is responsible for ALL costs of the aspirations, IVF, semen, and resulting embryo shipping.  For this session, OPU MUST be performed by Kirkton Vet Clinic/ProVitro IVF & ET Services. If after 3 IVF sessions the guarantee has not been fulfilled, the seller will remit to the buyer a refund on pro-rated price based on the original sale price of 6 #1 or #2 embryos to be transferred or frozen if requested by the buyer.  The IVF session must be performed prior to December 14, 2022 unless agreed upon by the seller.
